Head - Marketing Communication - Consumer Durable/FMCG (8-12 yrs)

Marcom Lead is a new role in the Organization and key member of the Senior Management Team. With a scale-up target, the Marcom Lead's challenging role is to build the brand and bring it to the top of the category. Carefully crafting and channelizing consistent marketing positioning & communication and recommending optimum and modern communication channels with predictable customer response, will be key deliverables of this role.

Key Responsibility :

- Define the brand story and make sure it's well represented in every contact point, externally and internally

- Creating and implementing plans to increase market share

- Commissioning or conducting market research and consumer insight study

- Analysing market research data and evaluation

- Developing positioning, product, and pricing strategies

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams - from Creative, Tech and CX to product and Sales - to produce effective 360o marketing communication

- Coordinating with and managing agency partners

- Creating marketing presentations for stakeholders

- Obtaining necessary consent and providing final approval on all marketing collateral, products and promotions

- Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels

- Produce marketing copy for website

- Track ROI for marketing campaigns

- Monitor corporate website and social media pages and analyse customers- queries

- Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams

- Structure the marketing communication activities and build execution strategy around it for both new customer acquisition and churn prevention

- Develop lean and effective marcom strategies and tactical plans

- Produce consistent and creative consumer marketing campaigns that build strong customer pull and support business growth in a timely and cost-efficient manner

- Careful selection, briefing and operational delivery from external Agency Partners :

a. Creative boutiques / traditional ad agencies

b. Digital marketing, SEO and Website building agencies

c. Market & Consumer Research activities

d. DMP and Analytics

- Create mutually beneficial partnerships/alliances within the same value chain - like OTT Apps, E-sports, Content creators, Content platforms, etc.
