Head - Marketing - Captives/BPO Segment - Global Software Firm

Looking for a marketing professional with 8-12 years of experience in Captives /BPO marketing to drive sales and marketing for a new age, well-funded start-up in Robotics Process Automation (RPA).

Responsibilities :

- Building and driving the Captive business with yearly revenue and margin ownership

- Identifying areas and opportunities within the Captive organization that can benefit from our product/s

- Be able to engage with C level executives

- While reporting to the India Head of Marketing, will have the opportunity to build and manage own team

Qualifications/Skills :

- Bachelors degree required; Masters degree with a Marketing specialization preferred

- Should have a good understanding of the Captives/BPO industry segment with added experience in Enterprise Applications preferred

- Excellent communication skills

- Client handling and relationship building
