Head - Marketing - Building Materials (15-25 yrs)

We per having an urgent opening as MARKETING HEAD - PAN INDIA for a reputed company into BUILDING MATERIALS based at GURGAON location.

Base Job Location : GURGAON

Key Result Areas :

- Heading the Marketing function for THE COMPANY across all business verticals

- Leading a multicultural team of managers currently across the Marketing function

- Formulating & executing marketing plan for with focus on achieving defined business objectives

- Ensuring that assigned products, services & product lines consistently resonate with current and potential customers

- Monitoring marketing trends and keeping a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace

- Developing, implementing & executing marketing initiatives and activities for assigned brands including campaigns (print, web, social media, broadcast, & so on), events, corporate responsibility programs and sponsorships

- Implementing brand marketing plans to achieve successful sales, market share, profit and consumer KPI results

- Culling out market information and ground feedbacks from structured and unstructured methods for effective strategy.

- Proficiency in designing, planning & executing ATL/BTL/Digital activities such as print ads, TV/Radio campaigns, in-shop promotions, exhibitions, sponsorships and channel engagement programs; enabling distribution efforts translate into higher sales and consumer base Thematic and tactical communication for the brand New Store Launch:

- Catchment analysis, designing marketing plans for individual outlets and execute pre & post launch activities. Co-ownership of launch target achievement for each launch .Planning and monitoring the process of media buying and make sure that the content of all mediums is of high quality and the choice of medium is appropriate in terms of effectiveness and output.

- Establishing strategic alliances/tie-ups with resourceful, strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach throughout the country

- Taking the leadership role in developing communication with advertising and PR agencies to ensure consistent and coherent brand visibility in the market and deliver communication that targeted desired audiences.

- Formulating catalogues, course guides & training brochures that enhances the Sales Representatives understanding of complex product features and help them sell more effectively

- Planning, devising and editing all communication collaterals like corporate brochures, magazines, corporate AVs etc. that goes from the company to all the stakeholders. Identify growth opportunities in relation to new product based on market environment, company business priorities and sound consumer insights.

- On ground activations related to overall brand activity to facilitate customers- interactivity

- Rolling out Annual Marketing calendar including marketing budget for the business partners and aligning it with the company's objectives; monitoring the timely launch & availability of new products across all retail counters
