Key Responsibilities:
- Support each Unit in developing a robust marketing strategy, action plan and budget in line with Unit Revenue and Growth plans
- Defined brand guidelines and a strong governance framework around it
- Appointment and monitoring of Digital agencies to ensure high-quality work output from around SEO, SEM, ORM and website
- Increase brand awareness through digital and traditional media/ATL campaigns
- Support Unit in conducting marketing and lead generation activities
- Tie up and manage online revenue generation through web channels
- Stronger Hospital brand over Doctor through Activation of 'walk-in'/B2C channel
- Tracking of market intelligence and competition data
- Deepening consumer insight to predict consumer behavior in all the geographies and segments we operate in
- Robust Product and pricing segment analysis to support Units in targeted efforts to achieve topline
- Manage brand reputation (Good/Bad) in media, measured through positive MAVE
- Engagement with industry and healthcare bodies through a structured communication plan
