Chief Marketing Officer - Marketing/Branding & Corporate Communications (15-20 yrs)

- The position would be responsible for creating brand value and positioning as a one stop solution.

- Responsible to develop and manage a multi-channel marketing strategy that incorporates marketing, digital, social and offline channels.

- Develop and lead strategic initiatives within the marketing team

- Focus on lead generation activities to drive customer acquisition

- Grow market share for all brands

- Work on Brand architecture, guidelines and brand communication.

- Strategic planning including market and competitive analysis, customer segment selection, market penetration plans and product positioning (cross selling and upselling)

- Work with MD and SBU heads to identify and develop strategic alliances and close/grow major customer accounts.

- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies that consistently meet or exceed planned objectives. Convert sales opportunity by strategic marketing - branding, positioning and creative development.

- Develop and manage the Company's entire marketing budget.

- Develop and manage channel and partner strategies and programs, with a view to maximize sales and realization thru the SBU Marketing Managers.

- Oversee product management including market and customer research for the market and product requirements

- Interface with engineering for product development, product pricing and product lifecycle management.

- Oversee product marketing including product launch management, presentations, sales tools, competitive analysis and general sales support.

- Design and develop the ATL as well as BTL activities for the various BUs to enhance Sales

- Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities.

- Develop & drive digital strategy, including content marketing and social media activity. Enhance the Digital Marketing initiatives of the organization

- Identify the emerging trends in the building material and construction space through consumer/customer/influencer insight, mapping global trends etc. to spot new business ideas for the company.

- Identify target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

- Know how to apply a multi-channel marketing mix when planning campaigns

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

- Championing the Digital Marketing initiatives to engage customers, influencers, etc.
