Role :
- As Head of Marketing the incumbent will be responsible for and oversee Marketing, Brand Management, Customer Loyalty Program, Customer Insights & Analytics, PR, Trade, Digital and Corporate Communication functions
- Manage the marketing budget for the company, schedule all marketing campaigns and analyse effectiveness
- Manage and leverage the loyalty program, customer care and customer insights to build emotional loyalty with customers and drive sales
- Manage the Market Research, Analytics and Customer Insights function
- Develop and implement the brand strategy for each of the retail formats and for the Corporate Brand
- Build ATL/BTL campaigns for the business
- Responsible for planning annual trade calendar, price policy, development and implementation of marketing strategies and communications, marketing promotions, special events and public relation activities
- Team Management
Requirements :
- MBA (Premier Institute)
- 18-25 yrs of experience in Marketing and Brand Management, with extensive experience in the Retail Sector
- Besides Marketing and Brand Management experience, should have indepth experience in using Customer Insights/ Big Data Analytics and Loyalty Programs
- Should have a Customer Centric Approach
- Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills
- Good team management skills
