Some of the roles and responsibilities include :

- Leading a team of driven marketing, category, and creative professionals to build and execute strategies across omni-channels

- Increasing brand visibility across physical and digital mediums - billboard, Instagram, google, app (in house and external).

- Defining pathbreaking creative campaigns for new city expansion and launch of new take home products

- Measuring ROI and budget spend across major channels

- Driving and building consumer experiences across all platforms - in-store, physical

Measurable impact :

- 100% month on month growth of FMCG products across all channels

- Target driven ADT and AOV performance across all physical stores

- 25% transactions driven through app

- Unique creative buzz generating campaigns around brand positioning and driving new customer segment acquisition

Work Experience, Competency & Aptitude :

- Experience; competency across leading diverse teams to build strong marketing momentum

- Experience preferably in QSR, e-commerce driven category agnostic brands and platforms

- Experience in scaling at new age e-commerce led brands
