Job Title : Marketing Lead
Candidate Specification
- Hands on Marketing professional from ITES Industry with strong understanding of exploring North American and European MArket.
- An expert good in Marketing, Branding, Demand Generations, Strategic marketing, marketing, brand communications and lead generation. Out right Smart and who can deliver under Minimal Supervision.
Mandatory criteria: (added advantage)
- Project Management experience must. Should be either Black belt or PMP certified.
- Good knowledge and understanding of BPO Industry
- Good understanding of the business environment, market dynamics, best practices and industry trends in the given domain.
- Problem solving skills, preferably project management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent Communication, analytical & interpersonal skills are must, Consulting experience/mindset preferred.
- Strategic and tactical thinking skills
- Candidates should have specific experience working as Marketing research Analyst, hands on expertise in Marketing tools - ATL/BTL/TTL etc
