Seeking Veteran Professionals for "Head of Marketing" for a BFS Organization .
Overall Responsibilities
This role is accountable for Marketing that drives growth of the business across both its digital and offline business including:
- Acquisition and customer marketing creative/Advertising/Communication/customer events strategy & execution.
- Media buying and placement strategy and execution
- Marketing effectiveness delivering business outcomes; Marketing ROI.
- Effective use of owned media to drive existing customer revenue; eg use of in-app marketing, pweb, edms, customer events.
- Customer User Experience and Satisfaction
- Customer data analytics and Insights
- Familiar with concept of Customer Journey Management and Customer Satisfaction driver
KPIs
- Customer Acquisition
- Customer Profitability / Revenue
- Marketing Return on Investment
- Customer Satisfaction / UX satisfaction
- Customer insights that drive acquisition, revenue, satisfaction
