Job Description:
- Creativity to design, implement and successfully drive a suitable strategy for Offline and Online channels
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Draft short-term and long- term projects by analysing consumer behaviour
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to boost brand awareness
- Monitor competitor products, pricing and marketing strategies
- Tap new market segments and expand the market share
- Ensure strong brand message across all channels
Profile:
- Minimum 10 years of Experience preferably in beauty/personal care
- Prior experience of running successful marketing campaigns
- Understanding and prior experience of ATL, BTL and digital marketing
- Leadership skills to analyse, set goals and coordinate efforts
