Backed by leading VC firms from India and abroad, our client is a reputable, over 3 years old early-stage tech product based start-up that's revolutionizing the consumer space with a breakthrough product that's focused on youth in India across metros as well tier-2 cities - in short, all over the country.
This role will be a new addition on the leadership team and will primarily drive for the co. the following:
- Building the marketing function as a key enabler to the business
- Ensuring there's a branding element attached to all campaigns that the co. runs in the market from a marketing perspective
- Establishing communications as a strategic function for the co. when it comes to internal as well as external stakeholders
- Performance marketing led growth by leveraging all channels viz. digital, print, radio as well as other ATL and BTL channels
- Ensuring marketing has direct contribution to partner development (besides user acquisition) - both being complimentary to growing & scaling the business based on the company's business model
- Developing internal strengths within the co. to create a sustainable marketing organization in the long run
In short, those with experience of leading marketing in its integrated form (but still growth centric at a larger level), and who preferably come from a B2C start-up background, are likely to be considered positively.
The role shall be based out of the company's corporate office in Gurgaon and will be a work-from-office role. The co. also works on two Saturdays a month.
