Responsibilities
- Build a strong Marketing strategy to help Counting well to reach its target audience at scale to deliver growth at optimum costs.
- Acquisitions & Traffic Growth Bringing CAC down with a steady focus on quality user growth & retention.
- Build and execute Counting wells digital marketing strategy including content, advertising and SEO with a focus on user acquisition.
- Build marketing analytics & insights to influence key business strategy.
- Collaborate with product, content and management teams for business prioritization as and when needed.
- Should be able to build agile capabilities in the marketing portfolio to be able to meet dynamic business needs.
- Own marketing budgets and business results.
- Identify and engage service providers, agencies and third parties as needed.
Requirement
- MBA in Marketing
- 8+ years in marketing function with experience in handling digital marketing of a progressive B2C Tech Company at a senior level.
- Proven track record of growth hacking through digital marketing.
- Experience in marketing to middle income groups across India.
- Experience in a startup or entrepreneurial venture would be a big plus.
