a. Experience in leading the marketing function while scaling B2C digital biz from early stage to significant scale, working in tandem with biz / product / tech teams within the organization.

b. You are adept at all aspects of digital marketing as well at creative /brand building with special emphasis on the former. Expertise at making data driven decision making is a must

c. Should have exposure in internet or ecommerce industry

d. Handling the complete marketing for India
