Head Marketing- B2B

As Marketing Head, you will :

1. Develop & strengthen brand identity and Hygiene check / clean up

- Build elaborate brand assets & guidelines

- Corporate & product website: SEO analysis and implementation

- Smoothen the customer on-boarding and progression through the pipeline

2. Build marketing assets

- Create seed documents, templates

- Product marketing : Customised -> Off-The-Shelf Products Packaging - Product explainer videos, brochures, webinar content

3. Generate content ammunition and roll-out marketing campaigns

- Streamline content marketing efforts to build awareness, credibility and to have regular engagement with external stakeholders

- EDM & LinkedIn campaigns to build top of the funnel

- Create IMPACT / Success Stories, Webinars, Case Studies

4. Strengthening own marketing IP / distribution channel - Kick off highly targeted roadshows, meet-ups, webinars, research reports, community / forum platform

5. Partner marketing - Establish pull factor to get organic or sponsored opportunities for speaking slots/ fire-side chats at events or direct client face-time

6. Lead Generation - Ensure quality top of the funnel and long pipeline

7. Team management - Designer, Digital Marketing, Content Writer + PR agency on project basis

Must have skills :

1. Team management skills

2. B2B Marketing experience

Good to have skills :

1. Partner marketing/ events

2. Annual Operating Plan

3. Budget management

Other Attributes :

- Process an entrepreneurial zeal and get things done - ownership is a must have trait

- Have a positive attitude & a hustle mentality

- Possess the ability to weigh pros & cons, and take quick decisions

- Possess common sense & trust in accurate data & stats, rather than rely on - gut-

- Be open to playing around with different marketing tools

- Be willing to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty on the job

- Be a collaborative team player & connect well with other internal + external stakeholders

- Have discipline and be self-motivated

- Have strong written and verbal communication skills

- Care about India and her languages
