Company- leading 2 wheelers Indian organization  Role- Marketing Head  Roles and Responsibilities:  - Translate and implement the vision of leadership team into a mission, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategies.  - Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumers insights  - Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates  - Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy  - Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions  - Integrated marketing communications plan, including Marketing calendar in close coordination with Agencies, Product Management, Sales team  Experience:  - Minimum 16 - 25 years- experience in Marketing  - Individuals with experience in FMCG + two-wheeler industry will be preferred ONLY
