Job Description :
- Developed product roadmap and long-term marketing strategy for Business Units for Indian market. Involved in launch of Marketing Programs to drive Consumer Sales and penetrate untapped markets.
- Obtains market share by developing marketing plans and programs for products directing promotional support.
- Maintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer- relations programs; determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.
- Budget management - Managing marketing budgets with accountability of ROI on marketing spends to maintain profitability
- Marketing Strategy & Planning - Yearly Calendar planning with events and campaign detailing.
- Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
- Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.
- Product positioning & strategy
- Brand Management: Handling creative agencies and controlling brand message deliverable tools.
- Consumer & Trade Promotions- Joint business plan closure with trade partners on trade promotions, trade contest and Sales Acceleration programs
