Role Description : - Develop and execute brand strategies, marketing communication, digital, social media, consumer research and online reputation management strategy for the organization. - Managing creative, digital and media agencies is another critical requirement of the portfolio along with marketing budget planning and management. - Design and Develop Marketing Vision, Brand & Communication Strategy - To enhance brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers - Setting strategies and managing SEM, Affiliate marketing, Online Branding & PR, Lead Generation, Blogs, Forums, Webinars, Mobile marketing to achieve higher page views and unique visitors - Take overall accountability to set up the processes starting from Lead generation to conversion across multiple customer touch points. Qualification & Experience : - 15+ years of experience in marketing, brand management and marketing communication in which at least 4-5 years should be in a leadership role. - PGDBM / MBA with specialization in Marketing from tier1 B School.
