Functional Experience Requirements :
- Experience in handling product Management Team or Group of Product Managers
- In depth knowledge about pesticide Industry, Trends and New Molecules.
- Adept in analysing Product Portfolio and exploring New Product Opportunities.
- Creative in Developing Promotional inputs, ATL / BTL activities, Brand positioning, Communication etc.
- Know-how of Trade practices, Promotional schemes & Pricing etc.
- Understanding of Costing & Financial statements.
- Good in Liaisoning with Industry players and Co-Marketing.
- Strategic thinker for driving consistent business growth to enhance the Market Share.
Key Responsibilities :
- Preparing Marketing Strategy to achieve the business Goals by predicting environmental challenges.
- New product planning & timely Launch by effective Coordination amongst various departments.
- New initiatives in Co-marketing tie-ups, Sourcing new technology, Strategic alliances to strengthen the portfolio.
- Keep complete update of competitors pricing & scheme, Monitor Costing and NRVs of the products to achieve Gross Contribution.
- Effective utilisation of Promotional Budget with impactful Media planning, social media, developing user-friendly promotional tools, campaigns.
- The ability to navigate the business with greater collaboration with colleague and
