Few important pointers for shortlisting will be as follows :

- PGDM/MBA Marketing from premier B school's viz. IIM/ISB/XLRI/SYMBIOSIS/ etc. only

- Exp of 15 ~ 20 yrs in a medium to large organization. Rural Marketing experience is preferable but it's not a necessary condition.

- Good exposure to creatives, branding and promotions, PR, media, large scale event management/execution, digital marketing, pricing, budgeting, marketing strategy, New product launch etc.

- Pleasing personality with excellent communication skills.

- Strong social networking skills and Team handling skills.

- Exposure to a high level of service standards.

- Anyone drawing a current CTC of less than INR 25 LPA would NOT be considered.

- Willing to relocate/based out of Delhi/NCR

JOB DESCRIPTION (Indicative Only) :

- Develop Campaigns which will build a strong emotional connect between the end user and the Company.

- Create the marketing strategies for the crops based on complete understanding of the end user's needs as well and aspirations.

- Provide service leadership related to Marketing and Communications of Crop Nutrition business.

- Ensure that high quality services are delivered effectively, efficiently and consistently, whether it is direct or indirect communications.

- Based on inputs from the Agronomy team, develop the businesses marketing communications to promote the right message and maintain a good brand image.

- Act as the lead officer in all Marketing activities, this means it is important that the incumbent is accessible and approachable for the Company India team members

to see him/ her as an adviser and point of contact for providing high quality advice to solve any problems they may have.

- Problem solving is a big part of the job, so the ability to think on ones feet is a must. As the Head of Marketing, the incumbent is responsible to work within the management team to maintain the collective work to a good standard.

- Will be responsible for Managing Visuals inside and outside the Company Premises.

- Will be responsible for Planning and monitoring campaigns with the Marketing team on field.

- Aligning the marketing materials to be produced to support the markets, in line with the Sales & Marketing Strategy and our crop roadmap's, writing marketing and promotional briefs

- Propagate good branding and marketing practices in field

- Ensure high engagement on Digital Media with the Indian farmer

- Work on strengthening partnerships with leading Agri Input companies other than Crop Nutrition

- To ensure continuous growth in brand equity and create strategies for profitable growth

- Generate effective business leads

- Channel segmentation and alignment

- To lead a team of efficient and committed team to support the Commercial team in achieving their goals

- Ensure effective corporate communication to all key stakeholders

- To monitor the customer satisfaction index and to ensure an effective process for handling as well as resolving customer complaints

The Company India Studio :

- Understand, keep track of all the latest branding guidelines from the Company Central. Mastering the Company VIM

- Provide strategic and creative brief to Studio to develop designs
