Head - Marketing - Aerospace & Defence Wire Harness Manufacturing

Job Description :

- Actively contribute for the development and implementation of overall company strategies as a member of the senior management team.

- Responsible for development of annual business plans and financial budgets as part of the company's annual planning process.

- Responsible for delivering key objectives of Annual operation plan as leader of the division and to plan and monitor KRA for other team members

- To create Sales Order pipeline for long term business sustainability.

- Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals

- Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently

- Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new products.

- Monitor progress and submit performance reports

- Responsible for producing valuable content for the company's online presence, editorial design and organizing the company's publications

- Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements

- To represent the voice of customer and drive the customer centricity within the entity

- Create a performance focused culture through personal leadership, teamwork and the development of individual accountability for performance.

- Promote a culture of better-cost management and maximising margins.

- Foster open and positive culture where employee input is encouraged and differences are resolved constructively.

- Ensure appropriate people development processes are in place to facilitate growth and development of employees.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical /Electronics/Mechanical Engineering, MBA in Marketing from reputed Institute shall be an added advantage.

- 10-15 years of experience of working as head Marketing / Business in Aerospace & Defence Industry (Manufacturing of wire Harness shall be preferred)
