Position : Head of Marketing


Level : Senior Management

Position/role :

- To plan, strategize, manage the entire department and ensure the set targets are met seamlessly on time.

Responsibilities :

- Co-ordinating with Media house, promote news stories and get coverage

- Responsible for Marketing Strategy Planning & Execution

- Build strong relationships and networks with colleagues, clients

- Seamless managing of Marketing activities for the group company

- Ensure effective Digital Marketing campaign for the group company

- To conceptualize from the creative perspective

- Strategy Planning & Execution -

a) Digital budget planning for every auction.

b) Creative conceptualization for digital marketing.

c) Planning Google ads and search ads.

d) App download ads.

e) Internal emailers

- Marketing Budget Planning

Compilation of 360-degree marketing plan for the year:

- Print Media

- Digital media

- On Ground

- T.V.

- Has a strong understanding of DIGITAL Marketing & it's functions Experience - Senior -Level: 15 plus years

Education - MBA in Marketing , Digital Marketing / MBA

- Excellent Communication skills

- Excellent Presentation skills

- Strategic Thinker and Innovator

- Have strong network for digital platform

- Excellent communication skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Pleasing personality.

- Presentation skills.

- Proficient in MS Office suite of Programs.

- Should have managed a team of 4 - 6 people

- Should be able to work under pressure and deadlines

- Candidate should be business driven

- Should be able to prepare MIS reports for evaluation

- Preferred from Luxury Segment
