Our client is an International School of Film and Media (is India's private, non-profit and completely student-focused media school and its goal is to be the top film institute in India. in the heart of Hyderabad and drawn some of the biggest names in cinema as teachers and academic advisers.

Our clients are looking for Head of Marketing and Admissions : Hyderabad

A Candidate with 10 to 12 years of experience in a similar field.

- Experience in planning, delivering and evaluating strategic marketing campaigns across the full marketing mix with experience in advertising, promotions, social media, website development, print / paper and design / production techniques.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Multilingual abilities is preferred.

- Superior organizational and problem solving skills, goal orientated and ethical.

- Highly developed managerial skills to effectively manage staff who are required to deliver quality, professional services to meet critical deadlines

- Ability to communicate and work effectively either as a leader or as a member of a team

- Proven success in mentoring, training, ability to inspire, motivate and lead the team, creative, and enthusiastic, along with the drive to see them through to deliver results

- Outstanding interpersonal skills to develop, maintain and get the very best out by effective working relationships with a range of people internally and externally

- Ability to adapt to changing assignments, taking initiative to deliver on tight deadlines, owning up multiple projects simultaneously, identifying priorities, proactive with a flexible approach

- Demonstrated ability in the handling of sensitive issues and grievances

- Education marketing (and admissions counselling) experience is a big plus
