Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall execution, performance, and effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Relentlessly drive growth in new customer acquisition programs through innovative strategies and meticulous execution.
- Analyze customer behavior data to report on effectiveness of existing initiatives and identify new opportunities.
- Leverage technology to enhance business goals; identify areas for improvement and drive implementation.
- Developing creative content and driving it to market across marketing channels via integrated campaigns.
- Building effective demand generation campaigns through all digital channels involving Marketing Automation tools.
- Building advertising and promotional programs, designing and producing creatives and circulars.
- Measurement - Developing the market plan and performing market research, such as focus groups, customer feedback, competition benchmarking.
Preferred Candidates:
- 13+ years of strong experience of running marketing acquisition focused campaigns, having worked with organizations in the services industry from diverse consumer facing sub-sectors such as Telecom, Financial Services (Insurance), DTH, Broadband, etc.
- Comprehensive enterprise level intelligence and advanced analytics skills with digital measurements.
- Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically.
- Able to pivot readily and react to real-time data.
