4. Content Strategy and SEO:

- Develop and execute a content strategy that engages and educates our target audience while driving organic search visibility.

- Collaborate with teams to produce high-quality content, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and resonates with customers.

5. Reputation Management and Customer Engagement:

- Manage online reputation by monitoring and responding to customer reviews, feedback, and social media interactions.

- Cultivate strong customer relationships through personalized engagement and timely resolution of customer queries.

6. Marketing Automation and Customer Retention:

- Implement marketing automation techniques using BIK/Webengage to enhance customer retention efforts, including personalized email campaigns and loyalty programs.

- Collaborate with the exports team to tailor marketing strategies for international markets, adapting to regional preferences.
