- Conduct extensive research on key real estate micro-markets including demand-supply analysis, prevailing sales prices along with competitor benchmarking, sales traction of ongoing projects in the vicinity and key market drivers such as infrastructure development, regulatory changes etc.
- Research would be both primary. i.e. discussions with property brokers, in-house sales & business development team and secondary. i.e. IPC reports, sales databases etc.
- Development of a business development and sales strategy based on research findings.
- Monitoring sales metrics of ongoing projects and recording deviations from research findings
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of market conditions, and trends.
