Principal responsibilities :
- Reporting to the Business Head, this role has the responsibility of Market Development for the company's products
- Develop market scoping Strategy for each location based on the macro factors of the location
- Develop a network of influencers to help spread our value proposition
- Develop training modules for staff on sales management
- Manage the pre-sales process completely at branch level
- Evaluate quality of lead generation and conversion based on pre-sales process management
- Performance reviews of branches regularly on productivity
- Should have field orientation ( ability to travel and work at grass root level)
- Should be amenable to extensive travel to branch locations to set up processes
- Should be proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Should have excellent communication skills ( oral, written and email drafting skills)
- Strong understanding of legal aspects and property types in tier cities like Gaothan, Vastipad properties
Experience :
- The incumbent should have a well-rounded experience in sales management. He should be a team player and should be self-driven and highly motivated.
He should be solution oriented and be able to work with diverse teams
Qualification:
- Graduate/ Post Graduate with at least 15 years of experience in NBFCs, banks, FMCG, Pharma companies from tier 2 & 3 cities. Should have worked in multiple geographies across India and should have team building and managing experience.
