Head - Manufacturing - Solar Cell Process

Total Experience: 15-20 years.

Essential Qualification: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech(Electrical /Electronics).,

Purpose of the Position

- Incumbent will be responsible for leading the solar cell process function and deliver the line performance as budgeted

- New Technology transfer from project to manufacturing stage.

Role & Responsibilities

- Define BOM (Bill of material) product wise Multi / Mono/Technology

- Define complete MQP (Manufacturing Quality Plan)

- Annual budget planning, CAPEX

- Driving cost reduction projects by continuous improvement with materials, DOE, 6 sigma approach

- Define process FMEA of solar cell manufacturing process

- Resource management including manpower deployment for process function (On role & Off role),

- Essential areas in which incumbent should have experience

- Exposure on Solar Cell & Module Process and technology functions at production level

- Have experience on developmental activities on characterization techniques & performance improvement projects (Green/Black belt Projects) at manufacturing level.

- Deep knowledge of significance of critical BOM & Reliability behavior for long life.

- Should have worked in Crystalline Photovoltaic Cell industry

- Have sound knowledge in Solar Cell Manufacturing Process, equipment, materials, best practices in the industry
