Head - Manufacturing - Refinery (20-24 yrs)
- Production planning and budgeting.
- Providing guidelines for improving operational efficiency.
- Cost control, profitability improvements and optimization.
- Compliance of all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Planning for continuous improvement of Safety, Environment Protection and energy conservation.
- Accomplishment of safety targets and improvement planning.
- Maintenance planning. Monitoring customer satisfaction.
- The successful candidate must have the Knowledge of Olefins & Polyolefin Technology. Plant Operation, Maintenance & Safety. Integration of complex operation for resources optimization and efficiency improvement.
- Minimum of 20 Years experience in a leading petrochemical/ refinery unit with minimum of 5 years in leadership role.
