Company - A leading Activated Carbon manufacturing company Role - Head, Manufacturing & Operations - Activated Carbon Reports to - Managing Director Location - Kochi Education - BE, MBA Experience - 1. 7 to 10 years in manufacturing of Activated Carbon is mandatory 2. Managing a complex production process, human resources, finances, operations and strategies. 2. Managing complex budgets 3. Make business projections for 3-5 years&nbsp; 4. Strong exposure to EHS Roles &amp; Responsibilities 1. Experience in heading manufacturing and operations for Activated Carbon production 2. Compiling the budget for entire process of manufacturing and related functions 3. Managing P&amp;L for the entire production set up - one or multiple plants. 4. Responsible for key decision making related to manufacturing and operations. 5. Driving the company's operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals. 6. Cost control&nbsp; 7. Implementation of all relevant policies and Procedures&nbsp;Monitored. 8. Preparing timely and accurate Company Performance Reports. 9. People management, training and development. 10. Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies, and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements. 11. Stakeholder interaction and management. 12. Represent the company affairs and performance at the board of Directors of Meeting if required. 13. Statutory regulation and compliance.
