Responsible for entire production process, including maintenance and quality control. Management of all equipment, planning, production, storage and handling of products, to agreed quality standards

Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for the overall operations management, financial and contract administration of the contract manufacturing/strategic alliance network Management of the production teams to maximize production of fresh products such as, fruit juices, fresh fruits & vegetables, green salads, fruits salads, in PET CFA technology, tetrapack & PP Retort bottling etc

- Responsible for Production Schedule, capacity and supply materials/ingredients with contract manufacturer

- Responsible to ensures Manufacturing Performance, Volumes & Quality Goals are met

- Responsible for Active participation in new product initiatives providing support in the development, planning, implementation and continual coordination of Operations' resources

- Optimize the contract manufacturing network to ensure manufacturing capability exists within the system to deliver Company products

- Perform budgeting, financial analysis and reporting, tracking, reconciliation, systems support and integration

- Coordinate supply planning process between Demand Planning organization and contract manufacturers

- Provide systems and process improvement support to contract manufacturers, identify cost optimization opportunities for each co-packer

Requirements:

- Min 14 years of experience in production of packaged fresh Food, such as fruit juices, fresh fruits & vegetables, green salads, fruits salads in PET CFA technology, tetrapack & PP Retort bottling, etc.

- Excellent Communication Skills in English

- Strong Leadership & Mentoring Skill

- Good knowledge of production processes

- Good understanding of maintenance processes

- Understanding of quality control measures and standards

- Thorough knowledge of health & safety standards
