Head - Manufacturing - FMCG/Food/Beverage (18-30 yrs)
Head of Manufacturing-A Food and Beverage organization
Our client is one of the leading multi million dollar Food and Beverage organisations in India. They have multiple plants producing carbonated and non-carbonated beverages across the country. They are looking for a Manufacturing /Technical Head based out of their corporate office in India.
Reporting into the leadership, you will be responsible for :
- Meeting KRAs on budgeted operations goals as per standards and take timely actions as per the plan.
- Managing the functioning of their plants across India.
- Keeping a tight check on the operational expenses.
- End to end management of commissioning of Greenfield and brown field projects.
- Product availability as per the agreed sales forecast and Making sure of capacity growth as per plan and timely delivery to customers
- Enhancing capacity and capability for production of custom built products and new products as per budget
- Ensuring product with no compromise on the quality standards
- Driving innovation though identifying new machines or processes and then commissioning them to enhance productivity and quality.
- Focusing on Operational Excellence, continuous improvement, bench marking and following GMPs.
Ideal Candidate :
- Ideally you are a Mechanical/Electrical Engineer with 15+ years of experience in Plant Management for preferably non-carbonated drinks units (juices).
- You should be thorough with blowing and filling process in PET bottles and Tetra Pak packing.
- You should possess knowledge about PET blowing machines, Tetra pak machines, filling lines, tray packer and straw applicator, utility, beverage processing, preform making, process equipment in juice industry like pasteurizers, homogenizers, hot-filling etc .
- Juice industry experience is a must.
- You should also have excellent written and communication skills.
- You should have leadership traits and should have grown in your career achieving excellent track records.
