Job Description

- To champion manufacturing excellence and ensure optimum utilization of available resources.

- Synergise the manufacturing team towards delivering production volumes with on time delivery & 100 % Supply Plan Adherence

- Responsible for all Manufacturing led Site Objectives and KPIs committed in Site Business Plan including Supply Plan Adherence, Energy / ToP, KWHr/ToP, Batches nRFT(P&T), RI&IR and Water Consumption/TOP.

- Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations which ensure the most effective return on assets while focused on customer need.

- To successfully manage all Manufacturing driven initiatives associated with the GQP, GQMP & Quality policy, EHS & compliance at site.

- Ensure effective management and production monitoring from both the steams – Spray Dryer (SD) and Vacuum Band Dryer (VBD) as per laid down Quality standards through efficient utilization of manpower, materials and machines.

- Optimize and set targets for Specific Energy Consumption per Unit of Product manufactured in order to ensure efficient utilization of resources.

- To actively engage and motivate the team to ensure harmonious employee relations and conducive operating environment.

- To create and sustain a High Performing Team by providing developmental inputs to build functional and behavioural competencies.

Desired Profile: Looking for minimum 12 yrs experience of Manufacturing in FMCG or Beverage industry.
