The Organization (About the Client) :

Our client is a part of a large group in Oman.

The group comprises of 60 companies. It is amongst the leading players in the marketing of electrical power distribution and transmission products, lighting solutions and products, lighting control systems and services etc.

The main activities of the Group encompass design, engineering, and marketing of electrical and mechanical engineering and bulk distributed products and undertaking lighting and lighting control projects on a turnkey basis.

Job Description :

- Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations

- Increasing production and productivity, while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards

- Responsibility for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping

- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results

The Candidate Details

a. Age : 30-35 years

b. 10 to 15 years experience in Plant operations of Transformer Manufacturing Company.

c. The candidate must have managed operations of a Distribution Transformer Manufacturing unit with an installed capacity of 2000 MVA p.a. (minimum) for a period of 5 years.

d. The candidate should be well versed with the latest Distribution Transformer manufacturing processes & implementation of LEAN Systems (which is a must).

e. Experience in scaling up operations

f. Worked for good Indian/MNC companies

Work Experience:

Min. / Max - 10 to 20 years

UG Qualifications

B.Tech/B.E.. - Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication (Mandatory)

MBA Desirable
