Head of Trade Marketing - Business Development Manager Hiring for the role of Head Trade Marketing - Business Development Manager for a leading FMCG Group for Rajkot/Ahmedabad/Mumbai location. The position is responsible to develop and execute key sales growth strategies, drive distribution expansion/ business growth plans with profitability with the ability to create, coach, advise, motivate, and maintain a high-performance sales team. Responsibilities- 1. Develop and implement sales strategies to accelerate the business growth in line with agreed plans/Targets thus Increasing market share. 2. Grow the distribution Channel/ Network, Drive volume, profitability to achieve disruptive growth. 3. Develop, maintain and motivate sales team like ASMs, RSMs & ZSMs in identifying and growing new business opportunities. 4. Periodic tracking of secondary & tertiary sales and guide the team to accelerate the shelf off-takes. 5. Monitor and control cost of various expenses pertaining to operations within the S&D spend budget limits. 6. Ensuring timely submission of accurate and reliable reports/information from all levels in the region. 7. Ensuring compliance of all guidelines in force from time to time, at all the levels in the region. 8. Identifies potential ideas by researching industry and related events & strategies. At the same time Examine risks and potentials for new business opportunities. 9. Address customer complaints and fulfill requirements/ensure solutions within time 10. Visit Distributors regularly to monitor implementation of sales and promotional initiatives and Maintain relationships for long term business prospects 11. Analyse sales and stock availability in each region/territory and monitor secondary sales on regular 12. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Job Specification 1. Experience in Years - 15+ Years of experience in driving Business growth. 2. Should preferably be West based talent - so moving to Rajkot / Gujarat should not be a challenge. 3.
