Roles and Responsibilities

- Overall Responsibilities of handling multiple Plants in Pune and Indore (M. P)

- Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures as per corporate guidelines.

- Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses

- Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards

- Analyse individual plants requirements on security ground, discuss with Plant Managers and take required actions.

- Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events

- Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms

- Review reports on incidents and breaches

- Investigate and resolve issues on security concerns.

- Create reports for management on security status

- Analyse data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology)

- Analise security operation, work on avoiding any issues like Theft, Misbehaviour, Legal issues etc.

- Liasson with local government agencies like police station or legal department to resolve the issues.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Preferred SSC (Short service commissioned) - Ex- Army Servicemen, Ex Navy

- Graduate/ PG - any with 12-18 years of experience in handling Security functions for Multi locations/ Plants.

- Good Communication and presentation skill

- Strong administrative quality.

- Should have good computer knowledge.

- Experience in dealing with Government agencies like Police, Labour dept etc.
