Head/Manager - Sales - CSD Channel - FMCG (6-15 yrs)
Primary Function:
- This position heads the CSD/CPC channel.
- Incumbent will be responsible for delivering and maximizing sales, distribution, product visibility & display opportunities through leveraging the planned resources & infrastructure for the CSD channel
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handling Government clients like Army Canteens & Police Canteens.
- Coordinate with CSD Depots & ensuring SKUs in CSD, handling store merchandising, product promotion etc. & timely billing collection.
- Maintaining healthy relationship with channel partners / distributors.
- Developing & maintaining relationship with Officer level posts who are heading CSD depots
- Monitor Depot Fill Rate & stock Control from CFA to Depot & from Depot to URCs
Education & Experience:
- Be experienced working within an Omni-channel or CSD business. Preferably should have handled the leadership role in CSD/CPC with an overall experience of 9-12 years.
- Have a vast track record of successfully growing CSD channel performance as well as delivering on budget and long term strategy.
- Have a key interest in the product and category they have worked with and have a great understanding of customer and market behavior and able to adapt to changes.
- Be an exceptional senior stake holder manager, both internally and externally and able to influence and take people on a journey at all levels.
