HR/IR Manager - Responsible to head the plant HR &amp; IR. One of the largest projects of the Company, located at Hyderabad Responsibilities &amp; Activities: A. Industrial Relations: - To promote good employee relations by developing working relationships between blue collar, white collar, welfare committee and all levels of managers and supervisors to ensure the changing needs of the business are met. - To advise Managers on industrial relations and other H.R issues, maintaining contact with all relevant group/external agencies - Responsible for implementing of company policy, inline with current employment /trade union law (if need). B. Organisational Development: - To drive the Management Development Process. - To manage the succession planning for the Site and people of potential. - Design and develop an effective organisation structure, which will respond appropriately to change. - Participate in the Business Management Review, Budget review and policy review. C. Compensation &amp; Benefits: - To co-ordinate the annual salary and bonus review for senior managers. - Responsible for monthly payroll - Responsible for implementing &amp; reviewing the Salary Grading Structure. D. Continuous Improvement: - To establish and develop benchmarks and measures of performance on key performance indicators including employment levels, skills, manpower planning and absence. - To keep up to date of all major developments infield of HR Management and to circulate appropriate information throughout the function. - Actively support the development of Culture Change activities within the Business. E. Manpower and Resource Management: - To control and administer the recruitment process for Plant. - To effectively match employees to job required to achieve business objectives. Specifically to plan for human resource needs, search and select employees in line with budget requirements. - To oversee the job evaluation process. F. Communications: - To maintain communications/consultation policies and procedures which promote operational efficiency and mutual understanding as well as the individual employees sense of satisfaction and involvement in his job. - Drive the Continuous Improvement process on Site. Qualifications and Keyskills: Manager/Head - Plant HR &amp; IR Desired Candidate Profile - An MBA/PGD HR with 8+ years managing HR of a plant, preferably from the Auto Industry. - Must have expertise on implementing C&amp;B/ R&amp;R/ TM/ Employee Engagement/OD. - Must have demonstrated expertise in IR. - Must have excellent Communication, inter-personal and Presentation skills. Good command of Local Language is a must
