Head/Manager - Credit Policy - NBFC (5-27 yrs)
- Credit policy designing, administration, implementation, standardization and adherence of existing process through training .
- Should be able to prepare new scorecards related to credit. He should understand various parameters in existing score cards.
- Should know which all parameters are to be introduced in the scorecard
- Should streamline the process. & coordinate with various teams and implement the processes.
- Needs to analyze the portfolios and present in portfolio review meets.
- Needs to work with data and analyze trends and give inputs to concerned departments.
- To suggest changes in existing policies and detailing drafts policies for focus areas.
- Working with the credit and IT team for building credit rules in certain Digital platforms.
- Working closely with Business intelligence and analytics team as functional support to develop scoring card based credit system, Geo-profiling of locations to expand, repayment behavior study on different categories of customers .
- Conducting monthly portfolio review presentations for respective products with Senior Management.
- Risk analysis, management and monitoring of asset portfolios to generate Early Warning Signals, potential areas to focus and proactive measures to senior management.
- Ideal Candidate - For Head Policy we will required a candidates who has exposure into Rural funding ie Farm,Tractor & Micro Finance
