Head - M&A - Healthcare

- The full range of responsibilities to M&A at Director level;

- Autonomy to lead and run a deal from beginning to end;

- Developing existing relationships and building new ones;

- Management and mentoring of analysts and associates;

- Leading client meetings and pitches; and providing strategic advice and proposals

- Making sure running projects are managed appropriately, with tasks delegated and reviewed where necessary.

- Drive all stages of the investment process including origination, valuation, due diligence, transaction execution and integration.

- Collaborate with investors and internal teams to evaluate and analyse opportunities and presenting recommendations based on strategic fit, deal structure and transnational issues.

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on deal strategy and all execution related aspects.
