Designation : Head Mall

Qualification : Any Graduate / MBA

CTC : CTC will not be a constraint for right candidates.

Job Description :

- Will be responsible for P&L of the Mall.

- Ensure the profitability of the mall

- Develop and implement marketing, leasing strategies for the mall

- Oversee local, regional, and national brand leasing in line with zoning and mix plan

- Process the integration for the mall.

- Conduct audits to validate the efficiency of service standards.

Location : Metro

Candidate Profile : Candidates should have has 15 - 22 years of Mall Management, Mall Operation & P&L experience from Mall and Retail Sectors. Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places and has worked in huge growth & competitive environment.
