Vertical dedicated to help and assist evaluation of new deals in terms of pricing and product suggestions, part of launch task force before for every phase/product in terms of strategic tie ups, pricing strategy and integration of all pillars of sales (International/Domestic/Channels/regions etc.) to ensure all requisite support is provided to all teams to meet their Annual targets. 2. Collaboration with the central marketing team and design marketing communication campaign and media plan for the projects to build the brand and generate quality leads. Major Responsibilities: 1. Create brand/marketing plan in co-ordination with HO marketing team to establish the brand and generate quality leads 2. Functional level TDD support to all new deal evaluation and preparation of product hypothesis for new projects. Product research, Consumer research &amp; competition mapping 3. Strategic tie ups (sports/culture/concierge/Spa etc) to ensure product offering enhancements from time to time. 4. Developing and tracking annual topline targets for the region based on market dynamics, product offering and project profitability assumptions 5. Track the overall project level marketing and brokerage budget for the function for new and sustenance projects 6. Analysis of marketing campaign and leads post launch prog. - Marketing strategy - Product development - Event management - Promotion activities
