Job Opportunity for Head Mall Leasing in Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop relationships with top corporates in Retail, E-commerce, Consumer Durables, FMCG etc. who could be potential tenants

- Co-ordinate and seek support from respective departments for successful deal closure

- Lead and execute transactions with large Indian and Multi-National Corporations and ensure a smooth closure.

- Actively market the mall property according to tenancy plan.

- Maximize occupancy & profitability

- Tenant Management, Tenant Relationship & Tenant Acquisition

Desired Candidate Profile :

- MBA Marketing graduate preferably 5-15 years of relevant experience into Mall leasing

- Based out of company headquarters
