Head Maintenance- FMCG - Responsible for equipment maintenance (corrective, preventive, predictive) of all the plants equipment. - Managing Capital expenditure Budget - Capital projects for the current facility - Responsible for preparing an annual budget, analyzing variances & initiating corrective actions. - Monitors and maintains process equipment to ensure continuous production. - Adherence review and tracking of long-term maintenance planning - Manage and lead contractor, vendors and service providers to perform maintenance works - Lead and take part in continuous improvement efforts/projects - Responsible for conducting all maintenance activities to ensure no Micro issues by establishing good maintenance practices in accordance with Policies. - Interacts with management, engineers and quality assurance to resolve complex failure trends - Responsible for budget preparation for function and tracking the expenses on a monthly basis. - Responsible for capability development of technician department. - Breakdown and trend analysis - Responsible to Promote, monitoring and maintain safety work practices in maintenance - Establishes programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process.
