- Develop and implement a predictive and preventive maintenance program to reduce unplanned breakdowns and minimize costly repairs.
- Optimize the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for machinery by balancing maintenance expenses and operational efficiency.
- Drive lean maintenance practices to eliminate waste, enhance productivity, and improve cost efficiency.
- Equipment Reliability & Process Efficiency.
- Oversee the maintenance of heavy machinery, utilities, and critical plant infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Equipment Performance & Lifecycle Cost Management Conduct cost-benefit analyses to determine the most economical repair vs. replace decisions for aging equipment.
- Implement energy-efficient maintenance programs to reduce power consumption and operational costs.
- Ensure spare parts inventory is optimized to reduce carrying costs while preventing downtime risks.
- Budgeting, Cost Control & ROI Enhancement.
- Develop and manage the annual maintenance budget, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising performance.
- Implement a condition-based maintenance (CBM) approach to reduce unnecessary expenditures on routine servicing.
