Designation : Head Collateral & Logistics Base location : Mumbai The role is required to manage all Printing and Delivery of customer deliverable across Bank, Process Improvement initiatives of Processing Unit, PIN printing and Risk Mgmt of Liabilities Account Opening Form Experience required: 15 years of work experience, Last 2 years in managing vendors (preferably PAN India Ops), Sharp focus on cost reduction / cost efficiency, Understanding of Banking process. Key results area : 1. Budgetary Control : - Ensure actual spends are within the budgeted expenses. - Identification of low price vendors without affecting customer and process quality. - Migrate physical deliverable to e-deliverable through projects and active participation with Business and Product teams, critically review regulatory compliance requirements. - Reconciliation of bills every month to approve vendor payments. 2. Vendor Management : - Manage &gt; 25 vendors ( SLA Adherence, Audits, Price Negotiations, Fraud Control & oversight). - Manage Business Continuity Plan and concentration risk actively, ensure regulatory compliance on RBI guidelines on outsourcing. 3. Collaterals Management : - Ensuring accurate processing of &gt; 20 types and 150+ SKUs of various customer deliverable - Periodic review of controls and QC activity at Vendor end. - Managing &gt;10 Mn cards production through cost effective inventory planning and management. 4. Logistics Management : - Delivery of &gt; 3 million credit cards with zero transit fraud loss. - Robotics Process Automation for real time delivery updates. - Benchmarking best practices from e-com industry to improve customer experience. - Storage of Liabilities AOF with record management companies.
