Roles & Responsibilities: - Set-up infrastructure for B2B Logistics across Tier-1,2,3 cities - Tie-up with distributors/sellers & retailers/buyers to offer delivery/pick-up services - Complete ownership of P&L for the logistics business - Plan and monitor performance of delivery network across geographies - Set-up complaints resolution team delivering best in class customer experience - Work with internal tech and business stakeholders to expand the network Desired Skills: - Prior experience of setting up and managing logistics set-up - Minimum of 2-year experience in the logistics domain - Passion for building & running business in logistics
