JD :
- Provide leadership and direction to food delivery operations.
- Analyse data trends & develop action plans to manage challenges.
- Coach and guide the team with regards to the quality of service and daily operation,
- First point of contact on Logistics front.
- Implement strategies and plans while adjusting processes to meet overall business objectives as directed by senior management.
- Emphasizes quality of operations at logistics hence delivering quality services to customers.
- Daily coaching/training of team members for productivity and performance coordinate resolution with appropriate support areas as necessary.
- Collaboration and communication with multiple levels of management as needed.
- Provide feedback to management regarding necessary changes and updates; including policies, upgrades, and logistics issues.
- Analyse available metrics, reports and other information to identify trends and needs.
