The incumbent will be responsible for : - Review meeting with Team every day for planning the dispatches Rail &amp; Road - Review meeting with Shift Team for ensuring proper execution of documentation for Rail &amp; Road - Coordination &amp; follow up with Bagging department for ensuring required product availability for dispatches - Reporting &amp; Updating dispatches state wise &amp; review of further plans every day with Sr. AVP ( SCM)-HO - Follow up with Field Mktg Team every day for ensuring dispatch of Right product &amp; right place - Products dispatch monitoring &amp; follow up every day with concerned Team member - Regular Meetings like Risk Mgmt., TQM activities, Pre ORC &amp; ORC &amp; also other plant related time to time - Coordinating &amp; follow up with Rly officials daily for want of rakes allotment as per dispatch plan - Daily Follow up &amp; coordination with concerned for Port operations like Rail &amp; Road dispatches of Imported products - Graduate in any disciple Bsc- Agriculture preferred with MBA in Supply Chain Management . - Candidate should have 10 -15 years of experience in Logistics department preferably from fertilizer /Agro Chemical or Cement industry - Candidate should have hands-on knowledge of port handling apart from road and rail logistics. Key Skills : - Supply Chain Mgmt, Outbound Logistics Mgmt, Distribution Mgmt, Shipping &amp; International Trade. Sales &amp; Marketing Management. - Candidate should be willing to relocate to Kakinada. - Only Male candidates may apply for this role.
