Job Description:-

- Manage all printing and Delivery of customer deliverable across bank, Process improvement, CPU, PIN printing & RMC

- Ensure actual spends are with in the budgeted expenses

- Identification of low price vendors without affecting customer and process quality

- Periodic review of controls and QC activity at Vendor end

- Delivery of million credit cards with zero transit fraud loss

- Robotics Process Automation for real time delivery updates

- Managing PINCell operations as per regulatory guidelines

- Manage vendors ( SLA Adherence, InfoSec Audits, Price Negotiations, Fraud Control & oversight)
