Head - Loan Operations - Financial Services

Our client is a leading financial services firm and looking for VP-Loan Operations role.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Manage and review day to day operations of global loans team including trade capture, settlement, reconciliation, and asset substantiation.

- Responsible for timely and accurate sign offs of deliverables.

- Ensure regular meetings with the team for effective communication and feedback.

- Work closely with global loans teams and lead enhancement projects within the team.

- Response and resolve client queries.

- Liase and maintain relationship across operations team.

- Review and publish performance metrics to all functions.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- 13 plus years of experience within global environment and loan operations team

- Strong communications and interpersonal skills

- Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.

- Strong people's person with experience in team handling and stakeholder management.
